As a platform for operating the Sensor Bridge software, steute is offering the Revolution PI (RevPI), an industrial PC (IPC) pre-configured especially for this application – and perfectly suited to a wide range of installations. In addition to the Sensor Bridge software, this Gateway provides an MQTT broker operating in parallel as a communicator between the components, a configuration interface for the device parameters, as well as the option of installing additional software modules.

This means that the industrial PC previously required for integration is no longer necessary - the Sensor Bridge now also runs directly on the customer's own Linux server.
